Natural Grape Balsamic Vinegar

We have brought together the natural sweetness from the Aegean's most select grapes with the characteristic acidity of balsamic vinegar.

🍷 Natural Fermentation and Natural Flavor

Unlike industrial balsamics on the market, our product matures at nature's own pace:

• Entirely Natural Process: It is produced using entirely natural fermentation methods, containing no additives or preservatives. The sugar inherent in the grape eventually reaches that famous sweet-sour balance.
• Aromatic Depth: With its dense consistency and balanced acidity, it leaves a lasting impression on both the palate and the plate.

✨ Gourmet Touches with Grape Balsamic Vinegar

This special balsamic vinegar, which will increase your creativity in the kitchen with its intense aroma, will become indispensable in these areas:

• Meat Marinades: While tenderizing red meat and chicken in marinades, it elevates the caramelized flavor that emerges after cooking to its peak.
• Gourmet Salads: It is a unique companion in Mediterranean-style salads, especially for the arugula and parmesan cheese duo.
• Special Sauces: Ideal for preparing homemade sauces or adding depth as a final touch to your dishes.
• Cheese Plates: Capture the sweet-sour harmony by adding a drop next to characterful cheeses such as aged Kasseri, parmesan, or goat cheese.

Nermin Pomegranate Molasses is made from 100% pomegranate, using fruit from our groves in Turkey's Edremit Gulf. This 250 ml (8.45 fl oz) bottle brings a concentrated, tart flavor to dressings, sauces and finishing touches.

100% Natural Pomegranate Molasses

🌡️ Healing Preserved with 140°F (60°C) Vacuum Technology

The color, aroma, and nutritional value of a real pomegranate molasses are hidden in its production method. Our difference lies in bringing traditional taste together with modern precision:

• Low-Heat Preservation: We process our pomegranates under vacuum at 140°F (60°C) instead of using high-heat open flames. Thanks to this special method, the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants within the pomegranate are not damaged, and no burnt taste occurs.
• 100% Clean Ingredients: Our product contains no additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners (glucose/fructose syrup), colorants, or thickeners. The content consists solely and purely of 100% pomegranate.
• Tart and Intense: Its perfectly balanced tart flavor and the dense consistency obtained through natural methods receive full marks from gourmets seeking authentic pomegranate molasses.

With its additive-free structure, this flavor—where you will feel the miracle of the pomegranate in every drop—will be the secret hero of your kitchen. Feel the tart touch over seasonal greens and salads.
