Freshness is everything!
We honor our olives by producing the freshest, 100% authentic, cold-pressed olive oil from our own 865-acre groves, home to 55,000 trees in the Ida Mountains. Our olive oils are preserved in airtight, light-protected stainless steel tanks in a climate-controlled cellar maintained at 64-68°F (18-20°C), then bottled and shipped directly to your door.
Chasing Her Dreams: Nermin Gelbal Gökduman
"Crafting exceptional, fresh olive oil requires expertise, education, precision, and passion. We process only olives from our own groves in our own facility and never accept outside production. This closed-loop system ensures that only the cleanest, highest-quality olives enter our facility, allowing us to produce olive oil of unmatched excellence."

Our Source: Mount Ida in Anatolia
Mount Ida (Kazdağı) is one of the world's notable olive-growing regions, known for producing exceptional olive oils. The low-acidity oils from this region are distinguished by their pleasant aroma and unique flavor profile. The rich organoleptic character of its olives has been recognized for centuries. When you smell the olive oil, you may notice notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and tomato vine.
Three regions are especially celebrated for producing outstanding olive oil: the Edremit Gulf at the foothills of Mount Ida, Tuscany in Italy, and Crete in Greece.
