Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
To start a return, please contact us at info@nerminoliveoil.com. Returns must be approved before being shipped back to us.
Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a leaking product, or an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or another resolution at no cost to the customer.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
