Cold-Pressed Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our cold-pressed Arbequina extra virgin olive oil offers a mild, fruity and approachable flavor profile. Although Arbequina is internationally recognized, our olives are grown in Turkey’s North Aegean region and produced with the same grove-to-bottle care as our native Turkish olive varieties.
Arbequina olive oil is known for its soft texture, gentle aroma and low bitterness. It often carries notes of ripe fruit, apple, almond and fresh herbs. Its smooth finish makes it an ideal introduction to premium extra virgin olive oil.
The olives are harvested with care and cold-pressed in our own mill shortly after picking. This process helps maintain freshness and allows the natural flavors of the Arbequina olive to remain clear and delicate.
Because of its mild and balanced character, Arbequina is highly versatile in the kitchen. It works well in salad dressings, baking, light sauces, marinades and everyday cooking. It is particularly suitable for dishes where a stronger, peppery olive oil might overpower the ingredients.
