region (Mount Ida) of Türkiye. The olives are cold pressed within hours of harvest to
preserve their natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
Early harvest olives are picked while still green, resulting in a more
vibrant, fresh, and slightly peppery taste with higher antioxidant levels.
Yes, our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, meaning it is mechanically
extracted without heat or chemicals and meets the highest quality standards.
It has a balanced profile with fresh, fruity notes and a gentle peppery

Sourcing & Production
Our olives are grown in the Edremit (Ayvalık) region, known for its rich
soil and ideal climate for high-quality olive production.

Usage & Storage

Olive oil doesn’t spoil quickly but is best enjoyed within 12–18 months of
harvest for optimal taste and quality.

within 3–7 business days depending on location.

Returns & Support

delivery and we will make it right.
