Our Edremit olives are estate-grown, harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness and cold-pressed in our own mill. Milling the olives shortly after harvest helps preserve their natural aroma, fresh flavor and valuable polyphenols. Every bottle is produced with full traceability from grove to bottle.
