We deliver olives carefully harvested during the early harvest period from our groves in the fertile lands of the Edremit Gulf to our facility without delay. To preserve the unique delicacy and fruity character of the Domat variety, we produce our oil using the Cold Press method at temperatures below 80.6°F (27°C). This careful process traps the Domat character, which reveals its quality in every drop, into our bottles.

We exclusively process our own olives in our facility, with absolutely no third-party pressing or external production. This allows us to strictly monitor the entry of clean, high-quality olives, ensuring the production of olive oil at its finest. We maintain a firm policy: we never bottle any oil that has not been produced within our own production facility.
