🧄 Taşköprü Garlic and Simultaneous Pressing

Unlike ordinary flavored oils, no artificial essences are used in the production of our garlic-flavored olive oil. The secret of its flavor and healing properties lies in our production method:

  • Simultaneous Cold Pressing: We process our Edremit-Ayvalık olives, carefully harvested in November, together with naturally grown, geographically indicated Taşköprü garlic in our factory using the cold press method without delay. The characteristic and sharp essence of the garlic integrates with the fruity texture of the olive oil at a molecular level during pressing.

My dream while preparing our flavored olive oils was to help you catch those "restaurant-elegant" gourmet flavors in your home within seconds too. 

However, we have a very sensitive line here: There are never artificial enzymes or aromas in our bottles. Contrary to what is common in the market, we do not add chemical essences to the olive oil afterward; we take fresh basil, newly picked tangerines from the branch, or fire-red hot peppers into the crushing process at the exact moment of pressing simultaneously with our olives. The essence of two miracles of nature meets each other at that moment. 

  • The pure scent of nature: That fresh scent that comes to your nose when you open the bottle is not a laboratory-produced scent; it is the truth coming from the plant itself. 
  • Creativity in the kitchen: Sometimes, when I am in a hurry, I just drizzle some of our hot pepper olive oil over a slice of bread; and sometimes, I elevate a seafood dish to a completely different level with a tangerine touch.

We maintain a firm policy: we never bottle any oil that has not been produced within our own production facility.
