We bring the fruits, carefully harvested during the early period when the olives are still green, from our groves in the Edremit-Ayvalik region directly to our facility without delay. To preserve all the exquisite flavor of the olive, we conduct our production using the Cold Press method under hygienic conditions. This meticulous process captures the characteristic Ayvalik olive oil texture and high polyphenol values in their most natural form within our bottles.

The Most Ancient Legacy of the Kaz Mountains Every time I open the cap of the olive oil, the legends of the Kaz Mountains, the passing of oxcarts along the old Çanakkale road, and those endless olive orchards flash before my eyes. For me, Edremit Early Harvest is not just an olive oil; it is a summary of that noble and elegant spirit of the North Aegean. Why do I love Edremit early harvest olive oil so much? Because the Edremit/Ayvalık type olive yields one of its most aromatic oils in the Kaz Mountains, where the world's best olives are grown. The scent of freshly cut grass, green almonds, and green tomato stalks that I get when I have it picked from the branch in the cool of the morning while it is still vibrant green, is the greatest gift nature has offered us.
